Prevalent yet difficult to treat

Temporary back pain is an incredibly common health issue: Between 70 and 80 percent of people will experience it sometime in their lives. But it’s also really hard to pinpoint what’s causing it, much less how to cure it. According to Leonardo Costa, who studies lower back pain, the actual cause of about 90 percent of lower back pain cases can’t be identified. Nonetheless, there are a few steps you can take to try to send it on its way a little faster.
